I was wondering if you are able to log hours that count towards your FAA requirements in an ultralight aircraft? I am currently 17 years old and planning to obtain my PPL, but was wondering if i can do so, i might just buy one since they are so cheap. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I live in Wakefield, and I'm wondering where the closest place I could go for lessons is. Also, anywhere I could buy/rent an ultralight would be great too!
